Our founder, Andrew Batenhorst, started in the automotive industry at 16 years old in the late 90s. Starting out as a detailer, he worked at a large car wash through high school and college. After college graduation, he entered the insurance industry as a claims adjuster. With his desire to continue learning about cars, he decided to enter the collision repair industry and maintained a successful career as a repair planner and shop manager at 3 different facilities. Each facility specialized in a variety of OEM certified repairs earning various awards for quality and performance along the way. Having inspected well over 10,000 different vehicles at this point, he knows how to identify poor quality repairs accurately and provide guidance on how to rectify the problems.
